He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mamie, Henry Wilson, Ruby and Henry Bell; and his brother Lorenzo Bell.
He is survived by: his parents, James Bell, Sr. of Mobile, AL and Bessie Bell of Pascagoula, MS; his brothers, James Bell, Jr. of Mobile, AL, Travis Bell of Pascagoula, MS and Lavon Bell of Pascagoula, MS; his close friend Catina Townes of Gautier, MS; his friends, Terry Thomas, Darrel McDougal, Joseph of Washington, Mike Mitchell of Pascagoula, MS and Irma Mitchell of Pascagoula, MS; and also, Damian Townes of Gautier, MS and Tuliaha of Gautier, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
