He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carolyn Webb; his stepfather Stephen A. Johnson; and his grandparents, Van and Juanita Bardwell. He is survived by: his parents, Mildred L. Johnson and George R. Moormon (Wanda); his siblings, Sarah N. Yates (David), Alicia J. Kirkwood (Derek) and Justin Moormon; his nieces and nephews, Skylar, Kelly, Harper, Hannah Yates, Noah, Liam and Riah Kirkwood; and his grandparents, Hop and Doris Moormon.
