He was predeceased by: his wife Annis Ruth May; his grandson Joshua Allen May; his parents, Clifford Edward and Nellie Allen May; and his daughter LaDonna Cox.
He is survived by: his sons, Bobby D. May (Lori) and Clifford Allen May (Ester); and his son-in-law John Cox. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relative, friends.
In lieu of flowers, he requested memorials to be made to his Eastlawn United Methodist Church Men's Group.
