He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Drewy, Lucy Hinson, John and Beatrice Touchstone; and his brother-in-law Henry Bowen.
He is survived by: his spouse Frances Hinson of Harleston, MS; his children, Craig Hinson (Charlotte) and Tammy Hubbard (Mitch); his sister Shirley Joyce Bowen; his brother-in-law John R. Scovel III; his grandchildren, Ashton Shirley (Patrick), Hope Hinson, Trevor Wolverton (Kelly) and Luke Hinson; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Shirley, Noah Shirley and Karter Layne Shirley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
