It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Clay Williams of Pascagoula, Mississippi, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker Raymond Williams and Margaret Louise Shaffer Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Gene Williams, Lucille Williams Hood and Martice "Sissy" Williams Cagle; his sons, Brian Clay Williams (Kerry), Robert Lance Williams (Sherry) and Jay Williams (Kelly); his grandchildren, Connor Paul Webb (Kyra), Jenna Nicole Williams, London Gray Williams, Anna Elise Williams, Donovan Lee Norris, Beaux Landon Norris, Brantley David Norris, Hudson Jo Norris, Stetson Thomas Norris and Beckham Brian Norris; and his brother Joel Raymond Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Billy volunteered at numerous places and donated time or money to any cause or person who he thought he could help.
