He is survived by: his children, Marsha Stringer (Jerry), David Tillman (Debbie), James Tillman (Cherlyn), Benjamin Emmitt Tillman, Jr., Sylvia "Annie" Sherrell (Alvin) and George Tillman (Leslie); his grandchildren, Renea Rzonca (Joe), Anne Marie Heffner (Gary), Jessica Stringer Flynn, Kathryn Saegert (Ben), Melissa McCann (Guy), Amy Brown (John), Matt Tillman (Anna), Michael Tillman, Cory Tillman (Shellie), Cody Tillman (Grace), Crystal Tillman (TJ), Cassey Waltman (Deano), April Zachary (Kevin), Austin Sherrell, Seth Tillman (Crystal), Jacob Tillman (Tiffany) and Savannah Tillman; and also Cynthia Eubanks.
