He is survived by: his son Eddie Scarbrough (Nancy); his stepdaughter Frances Scarbrough; his grandchildren, Eric Scarbrough (Tanya), Chad Scarbrough, Tricia Scarbrough, Jeffery Scarbrough, Christian Scarbrough, Alexandria Scarbrough, Chloe Scarbrough and Monica Goff; his great grandchild Kayden Scarbrough; and his sister Estha Dyck.
