She was predeceased by: her parents, William McElroy and Marie LaFargue McElroy; her siblings, Frances E. Jenkins, Alfred R. McElroy and William F. McElroy, Jr.; her niece April Chanel McElroy; and her nephews, Blaine Terrell McElroy and Jimmy A Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Anitra Tucker (Reuben) of Red Oak, TX and Angelo McElroy of Pascagoula, MS; her grandchild Reuben Tucker, II; her siblings, Rudolph McElroy (Freddie), Lorenzo McElroy (Donna) of Lucedale, MS, Bridget Stallworth, Jr. (Robert) and Carlena M. McElroy of Pascagoula, MS.; her niece Gloria M. Stallworth; and her cousin Francine LaFargue of Pascagoula, MS. She is also survived by friends, neighbors and many extended family.
