He is survived by: his wife Ouida "Jeanie" Harwell; his children, Julie King (James) of Oxford, MS, April Rogge (Josh) of Paris, MS, Ronnie Harwell (Traci) of Oxford, MS and Jeff Harwell (Mindy) of Paris, MS; and his sister Bylinda Pugh of Oxford, MS. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and numerous, loving nieces and nephews.
