He is survived by: his wife Brenda Wilcox Lewis; his daughter Sheena Faircloth (Richard); his brother Anthony Lewis (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Kinsley, Brycen, Jace, Grayson and Grant Faircloth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
It was Michael's desire to protect Grayson; therefore, in lieu of flowers, Michael would like for any remembrance gifts to be given for Grayson to have the best medical care available.
