He is survived by: his friends, Les Geller, Barbara Simmons, Paul Estavillo and Celeste Barber; his pet Max; his wife Donna Walworth Berges; his children, John Michael Berges and Carissa Leeser (Shawn); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Leeser and Tyler Leeser.
