He is survived by: his wife Christine Spears of Milton, Florida; his children, Katrina Bolton (Noah) of Ocean Springs, Hannah Morrison (Cedrick) of San Antonio, Texas, Steven Spears (Logan) of Birmingham and William Spears of Denton, Texas; his parents, Herschell Spears of Milton and Sue Lockett of Salem, Alabama; and his sister Glenna Shephard (Ron) of Smiths Station, Alabama.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
