He is survived by: his parents, Felicia Vaughn of Abbeville, MS and Derrick Gipson; his brothers, Jackarious, Montez (Keyunnia Vaughn), Jamariun (Damariun Gipson) and Tiayanna (Ayanna Jones); his grandfather Avant Vaughn; and his aunts and uncles, Ashley Vaughn (Michael) of Pontotoc, MS, Bobbie Burton (Sammie) of Abbeville, MS, Gloria Bogard (Willie), Flora Dean (Alvin) of Oxford, MS, Avant Vaughn (Lisa) of Omaha, NE and Charles Herod (Mary) of Abbeville, MS. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the L. Hodges Funeral Service (721 Damascus Rd, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tallahatchie-Oxford Missionary Baptist Association Building (20 MS-334, Oxford, MS 38655). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Oxford Memorial Cemetery North 16th (420 N 16th St, Oxford, MS 38655).
