He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Haddox Williams and Peggy Joyce Miller; and his brothers, Glen Allan Williams and Rickey Gail Williams. He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams of Oxford; his sons, Christopher Echols of Booneville, MS and Robert Scott Echols of Gary, IN; and his sisters, Janet Lee West (Ron) of Decatur, IL, Phyllis Jean Tomlin of Harmontown, MS and Traci Williams Speck (Hugh David) of Poolville, MS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
