He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Catherine Lampkin Housley and John Ronald Housley; his wife Lilian Margaret Widdop; and his brother John Ronald Housley (Janice). He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Ehrlichman of Southaven, MS and Melissa Cox of Oxford, MS; his grandchildren, Amanda Freiwald (Chris) and Geoffrey Harrison (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Grace Harrison and Noah Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Waller Funeral Home & Cremation Services (419 MS-6, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Episcopal Church (113 S 9th St, Oxford, MS 38655). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Springhill Cemetery (5110 Gallatin Pike S, Madison, TN 37115).
