He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tallie and Inese Tallie; his wife Sadie W. Tallie; and his siblings, Lillie Mae Tallie, Edna Ann Tallie Wilborn, Reta Faye Tallie, Q. T. Tallie and W. B. Tallie.
He is survived by: his children, Louis Bell, Henry Bell (Nichele) and Tracy Boyd; his grandchildren, Henry Bell, Jr., De'Aunte Bell, Treylon Boyd, Tracardo Boyd, Latreece Bell, Kiarra Wiseman (Keldrick) and Tramya Boyd; his great grandchildren, Keldrick Wiseman, Jr., Kingston Legend Boyd and A'maiyah Wiseman; and his siblings, Nancy Chatman (Robert), Elizabeth Sisk (Hurray), Calvin Tallie (Mary), Edna Kaye Phillips (James Murray), Sandra Tallie, Edna Faye Tallie (Mary) of Essie Horton, O. P. and Harry G. Flowers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
