It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ray Fogerty (Oxford, Mississippi), who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jimmie Rogers; her former husband Freddie G. Evans; and her husband Ernest Fogerty. She is survived by: her children, Pattie Byrd (Ronald) of Oxford, MS, Flynn Fogerty of Oxford, MS and Ben Fogerty (Carmen) of Oxford, MS. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
