She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Chapman and Carrie Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Locke; and her children, Lynda Locke Mace (Noel) of Little Rock, AR, James Byron Locke of Little Rock, AR and Stanley Dwight Locke of Soldotna, AK. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
