He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Jefferson Buford, Sr. and Lavern Hilliard Foster; his wife Stella Buford of Oxford, MS; his son Kerry Pettis of Oxford, MS; and his siblings, James Pinson (Carolyn) of Houston, TX, Wayne Buford of Chicago, IL, Darlene Buford of Chicago, IL, Jeffery Buford and Cassandra Pinson Johnson (Dwight) of Oxford, MS.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
