She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Bohanan and Isabelle Bohanan; and her brother Dean Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Lewis Smith of Oxford; her sons, Lewis Michael Smith (Karon) of Hernando, MS, Hilton Edward Smith (Michele) of Saltillo, MS and Christopher Charles "Chris" Smith (Dee) of Marietta, GA; and her brothers, Steve Bohanan of Knoxville, TN and Greg Bohanan of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
