She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Sanders and Susan Sanders; her daughters, Barbara Calvert and Joyce Mattox; and her siblings, Willie Chris Sanders, Charlene Sanders and Jeanette Sanders.
She is survived by: her spouse Pearson; her daughters, Brenda Williams (Jessie) of Oxford, MS, Carolyn Morgan (Joe) of Davenport, IA and Kenita Rodgers (Demetrius) of Indianapolis, IN.; and her siblings, Wes Sanders of Lincoln, NE, Ben Lee Sanders of Davenport, IA., Mary Tyson of Taylor, MS, Susan Higgins (Ray) of Oxford, MS and Jackie Woods of Taylor, MS.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
