He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brewer of Oxford; and his children, Jamie Brewer (Mandy), Michael Brewer (Tasha), Bentley Bolen, Samantha Ales, Josie Hanks and Hannah Ales. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
