He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Phillips and Rex Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Judy Phillips of Oxford; his son Chris Phillips (Rachel) of Oxford; his sisters, Patricia Wren of Bartlett, TN and Carolyn Conklin of Bartlett; and his grandson John Robert Phillips of Oxford.
