He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Floyd Jack and Ada May Callahan; his son Robert Lee Callahan, Jr.; and his siblings, Mike Floyd Callahan and Betty Melton.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Dean Callahan; his children, Stephanie Callahan Mills (Scott) of Oxford, MS, Stacy Lee Callahan (Billie) of Skiatook, OK and Glen Alan Callahan (Christy) of Water Valley, MS; his siblings, Jackie Lynn Callahan of Paris, MS and Olean Copple of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Leslie-Brooke Singletary, Jack Tyler Singletary, Macon Callahan, Jordan Callahan, Emilee Callahan and Sadie Callahan.
