We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Robert Jay Applebaum (Oxford, Mississippi), born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Applebaum and Loraine Young Applebaum. He is survived by: his wife Frances Gatewood Applebaum of Bartlett, TN; his children, Lori Lynn Applebaum of Oxford, MS, Steve Applebaum (Kim) of Cordova, TN and Ken Applebaum of Memphis, TN; his granddaughters, Mallori Rush (Glenn), Meredith Carter (Aaron), Sarah Biggs (Nick), Anna Applebaum, Hope Applebaum, Faith Applebaum and Grace Applebaum; and his great grandchildren, Harper Rush and Hallie Claire Rush. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
