He is survived by: his mother Merlean Shepherd of Oxford, MS; his son Chance Shepherd; his former wife Bonnie Nelson of Oxford, MS; his siblings, Dr. Trudy Shepherd of Jackson, MS, Suzanne Shepherd of Oxford, MS and Raymond Shepherd (ReAnn) of Tupelo, MS; and his granddaughters, Arion Shepherd of Calhoun, MS and Malia Ella Grace Shepherd of Oxford, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
