He is survived by: his wife Charlotte of Oxford, MS; his siblings, Gary Pat Malone of Oak Island, NC, Van Malone of Dunwoody, GA, Sherry Malone Alford of Buchanan, GA, Amy Malone Duffy of Rockmart, GA and Pamela Malone Domenici of Dallas, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Clayton and Mary Lou Heath (Lee) of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
