She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Goldberg and Esther Gelman Goldberg. She is survived by: her husband Marc Perler; her children, Keith Perler (Melissa) of Oxford and Stephanie Perler Garst (Barry) of Central, SC; her sisters, Judy Feldt of Frisco, TX and Ina Fried (Aaron) of Niskayuna, NY; and her granddaughters, Hadyn Perler, Larkin Perler, Savannah Garst and Laurel Garst.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to: Temple B'nai Israel in Tupelo, MS, The American Heart Association, URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp Thank you to all of those who loved Polly and to those who had the chance to know and care for her.
