He was predeceased by: his father William Thomas Kuykendall; and his brother Bill Kuykendall. He is survived by: his mother Georgetta Jorgenson Kuykendall of Columbia, MS; his children, Patrick Lee Kuykendall, Jr. of Nashville, TN, Peter William Kuykendall (Rhianna) and Mary Chatham Kuykendall of Oxford, MS; the mother of his children Sharon Renee Stocks of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Mike Kuykendall (Sharon) of Columbia, MS and Susan Kuykendall of Starkville, MS; and his grandchildren, Ayden, Dalton, Nolan, Konrad and Sienna Kuykendall.
