She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Lewis; her children, Debra Collins Parker and David Collins, Jr.; and her grandson Mark Collins. She is survived by: her son Mark Collins of Henryetta, OK; her brother Rick Claiborne; and her grandchildren, Mandy Parker, Cody Parker (Sammi) of Matt Collins, D. J, Chris Collins and Mandi Collins. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
