He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Lambert and Elmere Hubsch Lambert; and his brother Richard Lambert. He is survived by: his daughter Connie Lynn (Douglas) of Oxford; his brother George R. Lambert III; his wife Sharon Sorrels of Oxford, Mississippi; his siblings, Elmere Burkart (Roy) of Metairie, Louisiana, Roger (Cleo) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Robert (Carmel) of Bay St; and his granddaughters, Emily Templin of Arlington and Valerie Templin of Blacksburg, Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
