He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elisha Pruett and Mildred Douglas Pruett. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ruth Pruett of Oxford, Mississippi; his sons, Chris Pruett (Deanna) of Tyler and Joey Pruett of Oxford, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Carleigh Bynum (Wyatt) of Tyler, Texas and Caleb Pruett of Tyler, Texas; and his siblings, Wanda Dickey of Oxford, Mississippi., Carl Pruett and Mike Pruett.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford (601 Commerce Pkwy, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In place of traditional flowers, the family has requested that donations be given to the New El Bethel Cemetery Fund (15 County Road 488 Oxford, Mississippi 38655).
