He is survived by: his wife Laverne Thompson of Oxford, MS; his children, Torrey Thompson (Victoria) of Oxford, MS and Angela Barnes (Keith) of Grenada, MS; his siblings, Rodney Thompson (Jenny) of Milwaukee, WI, Alphonso Thompson (Jennifer) of Las Vegas, NV, Anthony Thompson (Velma) of Oxford, MS, Gregory Thompson of Los Angeles, CA, Alfredia Herd of Oxford, MS and Barbara Norris of South Bend, IN; and his aunts, Ruthie Buckner of Alton, IL and Maggie Mae Jones of Alton, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
