He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma McKinney Boughton; his son David; and his siblings, Jimmy and Mary Louise. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Boughton (Gerard Buskes); his sister Bonnie Adams (Bob); and his grandchildren, Arthur Buskes (Georgia Institute) and Elsie Buskes (University).
