He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Dee Lowe and James B. Newman; his wife Blair Aldridge Newman; and his sister Kay Gonzales. He is survived by: his children, Caroline Richards Newman of Mobile, AL and Christopher Lowe Newman of Oxford, MS; and his grandsons, Woods Granville Newman and Hayes Aldridge Newman.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Pine Crest Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Government Street Presbyterian Church of Mobile (300 Government St, Mobile, AL 36602).
