Westbrook, Jr. of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Mia Green of Oxford, MS and Kenneth Mullin III of Oxford, MS; and his siblings, Timothy Slate (Sharon) of Oxford, MS, Jonathan Slate of Oxford, MS, Mike Lewis of Oxford, MS and Sharon Lewis of Oxford, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
