He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Maxwell and Katherine Stewart Baird. He is survived by: his wife Vada M. Baird of Oxford, MS; his daughters, Candace Baird of Oxford, MS and Susan Baird Motschiedler (Kevin); his brother David L. Baird (Add) of Bangkok, Thailand; and his grandchildren, Finnegan and Gabriel Motschiedler.
