It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glendon Burron Beene of Oxford, Mississippi, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Harron Lee Beene; and his niece Zariah. He is survived by: his mother Florence Campbell Lynch (Beene) of Oxford, MS; his wife Carolyn Beene of Crenshaw, MS; his children, Glendon Beene, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, Andrew Beene of Douglasville, GA and DeGenira Beene of Germany; his grandson Braxton Beene; and his sisters, Renetta M. Griffin of Las Vegas, NV and Lana L. Kennedy of Grandview, IL. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
