With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gabrial Danial Hilliard of Oxford, Mississippi, who passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Gabrial's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Gabrial has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her parents, Richard McEwen and Deloies Price McEwen of Oxford, MS; her daughter Jania Mills of Oxford, MS; her sister Naomi McEwen; and her niece Mariah of Oxford, MS. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the L. Hodges Funeral Service (721 Damascus Rd, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at the Oxford Memorial Cemetery North 16th (420 N 16th St, Oxford, MS 38655).
