She was predeceased by: her parents, Tressie Stewart and John Collins Dyess; her husband Charles H. Giles; and her brother Herbert Dyess. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas "Tommy" Giles (Lori) of Oxford, MS and Joel Giles (Dawn) of Pensacola, FL; her grandchildren, Thomas "Collins" Giles, Jr. (Courtney), Joel "Austin" Giles and Haleigh Giles; and her great grandchild Rylee Giles.
