She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Miller and Fannie Hilliard Miller; and her siblings, Mae Bell, Ossie, Rosie, Lizzie, Henry, Jr. and Harry.
She is survived by: her children, Vendetta Wortham (Herron) and Elliott Miller (Rhonda) of Oxford, MS; her stepson Lorenzo Bell of Chicago, IL; and her brothers, Willie Earl Miller (Elena) of Memphis, TN and Arthur Miller (Charlene) of Oxford, MS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the L. Hodges Funeral Service (721 Damascus Rd, Oxford, MS 38655). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Second Missionary Baptist Church (611 E Jackson Ave, Oxford, MS 38655). A burial was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at the Oxford Memorial Cemetery North 16th (420 N 16th St, Oxford, MS 38655).
