He is survived by: his close friend Rosemary Bryson of Taylor, MS; his children, Shajuan Barry (Joshua) of Abbeville, MS, Elaina Lewis (Jody) of Abbeville, MS, Shamara Hudson of Jackson, MS, Marisha Buford of Bartlett, TN and Erwin Gates of Pontotoc, MS; and his siblings, Dorothy Smith of Oxford, MS, Flossie Ragland (Charles) of Water Valley, MS, Shirley Mitchell of Taylor, MS, Alma Higginbottom and Dwain Gates of Abbeville, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
