He is survived by: his wife Connie Durham Alford Rucker of Oxford, MS; his children, Jayme Alford Rowsey (Kirk) of Batesville, MS, Sandy Jenkins (Mike) of Sardis, MS, Susan Alford of Oxford, MS, Bill Rucker III (Monica) of Hernando, MS, John Rucker (Andrea) of Oxford, MS and Shane Alford of Memphis, TN; his siblings, Linda O'Bannon of Parsons, TN, Percy Rucker (Liz) of Murfreesboro, TN and Richard Rucker (Mary) of Lake Placid, FL; his grandchildren, Marianna Kinniburgh, Collin Alford, Justin Jimenez, Porter Rucker, Conner Rucker, Jenna Jimenez and Anna May; and his great grandchildren, Ivy Rawson and Mary Hayden Hankins.
