She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram W. Smith and Marie Lee Smith (Polly); her former spouse Thomas L. Rainwater; her siblings, Doris Smith, John, James and Bobby Smith; and her husband Estol Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Theresa Rainwater) and Barbara (Jim Link); her grandchildren, Richard (Margo Link), Tonya (Michael Covington), Sonya (Ross Bjork), Laura Hobbs and Bryan Rainwater (Amy Calice); and her siblings, Margaret (Clyde Mier), Esther (Kenny Cook) and Hiram E. Smith. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
