She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonell Rockette and Oliva Mills; and her grandparents, Mattie and Lonell Tyson. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Rockette Hill (David) and Robin Rockette; her sister Lenell Rockette; her grandchildren, Tylan Rockette, Presious Rockette and Makayla Rockette; her aunt Hosea Rockette; her uncles, Leanard Rockette and Edward Rockette; and her close friends, Harry, Dorothy Sandford, Karen Wesson, Earlene Blake, Dorothy Luster and Wade Gators. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the L. Hodges Funeral Service (721 Damascus Rd, Oxford, MS 38655). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Yocona Cemetery.
