We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2023, at the age of 73, Donna Jane Atwood of Oxford, Mississippi, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Evans Parent and Jean Parent; her husband Tom Atwood; her sister Dorothy Hammons; and her grandparents, John, Mabel Manners Scarborough, Benson and Imogene Hill Parent.

She is survived by: her son Michael (Corley); her grandson Mason of Dallas, Texas; her daughter Laura Beth (Alex); her grandchildren, Miriam and Felix of Louisville, Kentucky.; her niece Angela Bigham (Andrew); her sisters-in-law, Barbara Atwood and Karen Cole (Craig); her nephews, Paul Atwood (Amy), Jordan Cole (Laura) and Travis Cole (Rae); and her friend Donna. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
