He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Debra Lee of Oxford, MS; his sons, Jason Puckett (Tori) of Abbeville, MS and Cody Lee; and his grandchildren, Sarah Puckett, Coleson Puckett, Ridge Puckett and Jaxon Lee.
