He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Ora Gatewood and Percy Andreth Waller; his former wife Patsy Hardin Waller; his stepmother Emma Winter Waller; and his siblings, Gov. William L. Waller, Sr. and Mildred Waller Burttschell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Waller; his children, Andy Waller (Linda), Susan Vaughan (Greg) and Beth Rosson (Bob); his grandchildren, Mary Beth Smith, Brett Rosson (Kate), Joanna Morgan (Joe), Sally Kate Walker (Jonathan), Chase Waller (Sabrina) and Matt Waller (Alli); his great grandchildren, Murphy Smith, Waller Smith, Houston Morgan, Emma Hardin Morgan, Barron Rosson, Southerlin Rosson, Tom Walker, Rosson Walker, Johnny Walker, Tristen Onweller, Elsa Waller and Baker Waller; and his great great grandchild Dottie Bishop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
