She is survived by: her husband Paul Downs of Oxford, Mississippi; her son Mark Downs of Oxford, Mississippi; her grandchildren, Anne Elise Downs and Deacon Downs of Oxford, Mississippi; and her sisters, Janet Davis of Oxford, Karen Bryan (Dave) of Loxahatchee, Florida. and Carolyn Faye Williams.
