He was predeceased by: his father Robbie Maxwell; and his brother Norris G. Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Maxwell of Abbeville, MS; his children, Diane L. Steele of Hixon, TN and Tony Maxwell (Sharon) of Abbeville, MS; his sister Roseann Little; and his grandchildren, Dale Steele, Andy Steele, Regina McAllister, Carol Maxwell of Bobbye and Alli Clenney. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
